This project was commissioned for a private home where flow, light, and visual continuity were central to the architectural intent. The wine wall sits as the first focal point on arrival to the upper floor, positioned directly at the top of the staircase. The homeowner wanted the piece to reflect the open and airy feel of the surrounding space while also tying into the darker tones found in the adjacent kitchen.
Sorrells was appointed to deliver a tailored wine storage solution that would offer both visual presence and discretion, designed to feel light and contemporary, while still delivering capacity and functionality. The result is a slim-format wine wall, defined by clean lines, contrast, and precise detailing.
