Three independent climate zones

To ensure every bottle is preserved in optimal conditions, the installation incorporates three independent climate-controlled zones. Two sections are carefully maintained at 7–11°C, providing the perfect environment for white wines, while a third section is set at 13–15°C, designed to hold reds at their best. Each zone has been engineered with precision, for consistency and performance across the collection.

Ultra-luxe oak joinery

The oak joinery, finished with a high-gloss French polish, delivers a level of craftsmanship that mirrors Alba’s yacht-inspired interiors. The reflective sheen enhances the sense of light and depth within the restaurant, creating continuity between the wine wall and the wider design scheme. This finish elevates the installation beyond practicality, making it an integral part of the restaurant’s luxury aesthetic.

Floor-to-ceiling angled racking

The wall’s floor-to-ceiling angled racking creates a bold architectural rhythm, with bottles displayed in perfect unison. The angled design not only maximises storage efficiency but also ensures each label is visible to diners, transforming the collection into a striking backdrop. Access is seamlessly integrated through a discreet side door, allowing staff to reach the wines with ease while maintaining the visual purity of the design.
